Cover Art for Mahaba ang Gabi by Drei Paliza

“Ang haba pala masyado ng gabi

kung wala, wala kang katabi”

I created a digital illustration for the cover art of singer and songwriter Drei Paliza’s first ever single called ‘Mahaba ang Gabi.’ I followed Drei’s direction about a girl singing with a guitar, the sea, air, and lots of stars. She sent me a demo version of her song too, and I created concept sketches by getting keywords from her lyrics. From her initial choice, we worked together to bring Drei’s vision for the song the best we could.
