The Things We’re Afraid to Say
The Things We’re Afraid to Say is my fourth self-published book. It is a collection of short prose about friendship and love. I wrote, illustrated, and made the book layout and cover for it, while my good friend KB Meniado edited the stories!
I wanted the cover to look like a handwritten letter, so I followed this direction for the whole book spanning from its illustrations to the layout. I used Adobe Photoshop and Kyle T. Webster’s brushes for the illustrations and Adobe InDesign for the layout.
